Dick Estens Owner of Grove Juice

Dick Estens

Managing Director

Dick Estens AO is a director and owner of Grove Juice. He has a commercial pilot’s license and is also a successful irrigation farmer, growing cotton and citrus in Moree, NSW.

Dick is the founder and Co-Chairman of the Aboriginal Employment Strategy Limited (AES) a national organisation with 14 offices (Head office in Sydney) that has launched thousands of Aboriginal kids at school (SBTs) into a career with the four major Australian banks. Today the AES has placed more than 20,000 Aboriginal people into jobs.  He was awarded the prestigious human rights medal in 2004.

In 2002 he was appointed by the Howard Federal Government of Australia to head its inquiry into Telstra’s regional services, he delivered what became known as the Estens Report. In 2009 he was made an Officer of the Order of Australia (AO).

Managing Director

Greg is the Managing Director of Grove Juice.

Greg brings over 21 years’ experience in the corporate advisory, mergers & acquisitions and restructuring fields, with primary experience advising on major food and agribusiness sector divestments, acquisitions, capital raisings, mergers, restructures and strategic relationships. 

Greg is a passionate industry leader and advocate for Australian food and agribusiness and a demonstrated record as a result of building and leading a successful Australasian food and agribusiness practice.

Joel Wood Circle - Grove Juice

Joel Wood

General Manager Operations and Finance

Joel has been General Manager of Operations & Finance for Grove Juice since August 2020.

He has over 25 years experience working within the food and beverage industry in various parts of the world including UK, Fiji and Hawaii, for companies such as Buderim Ginger, One Harvest and Greencore.

Joel has a proven track record of shaping change, restructuring, improving efficiencies, reducing costs and implementing systems through leading and empowering people whilst maintaining and improving quality, customer service, safety and profitability.

Joel has recently been appointed as a director of the joint venture between Grove Juice and Boost Juice and holds a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry). 

Guil Maritz Circle - Grove Juice

General Manager Procurement and Planning

Guil is a practiced procurement and planning manager with experience across supply chains of not only large multinational FMCG companies, but also small retail operations.

Guil’s 20 plus years experience was acquired working with the likes of Unilever, Barloworld Plascon and in his own retail business operation.

Guil is passionate about optimising systems and developing people and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Industrial Engineering).

Gary Stingl

General Manager Route Sales

Prior to joining Grove Juice in January 2019, Gary worked with the Woolworths Group across several roles including retail operations, category management and marketing. 

He has over 30 years experience in the FMCG and retail sector; delivering superior sales, EBIT and financial results through high levels of customer service, team development, coaching and engagement.

Gary and his team are continuing to work on growing the Grove Juice Route Distribution Channel across the Supermarket, Independent and Food Services sectors nationally.  

Daniel Posterino Circle - Grove Juice

Daniel Posterino

General Manager Quality Assurance

Daniel has been heading up the Quality Assurance team at Grove Juice since 2008 and has over 21 years’ industry experience; with 17 of those years spent in fruit processing.

Daniel’s previous food manufacturing experience includes working with Tropico Fruits and other fresh and frozen food manufacturing businesses in Australia and the UK.

Daniel holds a Bachelor degree in Food Technology.

Charlie Edmonds Circle - Grove Juice

Charlie Edmonds

CORPORATE SERVICES/COMPANY SECRETARY ​

Charlie joined Grove Juice in January 2019 and has over 20 years administrative experience in the professional services, property and retail industries. She has worked in both small-medium business and large enterprise, for companies such as Charles Kendall Australia, Napier & Blakeley, Partners in Performance and Woolworths. 

As well as supporting Grove’s HR, Admin and IT functions, Charlie acts as the Company Secretary, ensuring Grove and its entities comply with statutory obligations under relevant laws and regulations.
