TERMS & CONDITIONS

Starts 2 November 2026 at 9.00am AEST and ends 18 November 2026 at 11.59pm AEST.

How to Enter
To enter, participants must, during the Promotion Period:
- Follow @grovejuice on the Meta platform used to enter (Facebook and/or Instagram); and
- Comment on the competition post with the name of their dream Grove slushy creation.
Each valid comment constitutes one entry. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is substantially unique. No purchase is necessary.
The prize is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. If the advertised prize is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.
- The winning entry will be judged by the Promoter on 19 November 2026 at 10.30am AEST.
- The winner will be notified by direct message on the Meta platform used to enter within 48 hours of judging.
- The winner must respond within 7 days of notification and provide the information reasonably required to verify eligibility and arrange delivery of the prize.
- If the winner does not claim the prize within 7 days, the Promoter may select the next highest-ranked valid entry using the same judging criteria and notify that entrant by direct message.
General
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram or Ninja. Ninja is a trade mark of its respective owner.
- By entering, participants release Meta, Facebook and Instagram from liability arising from or in connection with this promotion, to the extent permitted by law.
- Entrants must not submit content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, infringing, misleading or otherwise inappropriate.
- Entrants warrant that their entry is their original work and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
- By entering, participants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, repost and use the entry and the entrant’s social media handle for administering and promoting the competition, including announcing the winner.
- The Promoter may verify eligibility and disqualify entries that are incomplete, automated, fraudulent, inappropriate or not submitted in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
- The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures, delayed or misdirected entries, or interruptions outside its reasonable control.
- Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for loss, injury or damage suffered in connection with the promotion or prize, except to the extent caused by the Promoter’s negligence or breach of law.
- The Promoter may vary, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, subject to applicable law.
Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the promotion will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner and arrange delivery of the prize. Information will be handled in accordance with Grove Juice’s Privacy Policy. Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting the Promoter.
