Our Goodness Guarantee – Love It or Your Money Back

At Grove Juice, we take pride in our commitment to delivering the highest quality juice products. We are confident that you will love our juice; however, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a money-back guarantee subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund under our Goodness Guarantee, you must meet the following criteria:

1.1. You must have purchased a 1.5L or 350mL bottle of Grove Juice.

1.2. Your purchase must be accompanied by a valid receipt as proof of purchase.

1.3. You must submit your request for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Refund Amount

2.1. The refund will be issued in the form of an EFTPOS card with a value of $6.95 AUD, which is equivalent to the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of a 1.5L bottle of Grove Juice.

3. How to Request a Refund

3.1. To request a refund, please follow these steps:

a. Retain your proof of purchase, which must include the date and location of the purchase. b. Contact our customer support team at gfj@grovejuice.com.au, 1800 632 711 to initiate the refund process. c. Provide the required information, including your name, contact details, and the reason for your dissatisfaction with the product. d. You may be required to return the partially used or empty Grove Juice bottle for verification purposes. If so, we will provide instructions on how to do so.

3.2. Refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be processed.

4. Refund Processing

4.1. Once your refund request is approved, we will issue the EFTPOS card for $6.95 AUD within [10] business days. Please allow additional time for postal delivery, if applicable.

4.2. The EFTPOS card will be non-transferable and can only be used for future purchases.

5. Exclusions

5.1. This Money Back Guarantee is applicable only to the original purchaser and is limited to one refund per household.

5.2. Grove Juice reserves the right to refuse a refund if we suspect fraudulent activity or misuse of this guarantee.

6. Termination or Modification

6.1. Grove Juice reserves the right to modify or terminate this Money Back Guarantee program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting updated terms and conditions on our website.
